RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are final.
WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT YOU DID NOT ORDER, OR IF YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. To initiate a return, please contact us at serenestudios29@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of your package. Please provide an order number and as much information as possible and we will get back to you within 48-72 hours.
* All returned items must be in new unworn condition. Returned items received in any other condition will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed. We are not responsible for orders made with the incorrect address. If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address, the customer will be liable.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Serene Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking states that the package has been successfully shipped/delivered to the address you’ve provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is stolen/missing. For all lost packages please work directly with the carriers to file a lost package claim first before reaching out to us.
